Jacky Qian, General Manager, Right Management China
Jacky Qian is heading Right Management China including Shanghai,Beijing and Guangzhou offices. His major responsibility is for the management, development and growth of Right Management business in China. He leads a team of talented professionals who design and deliver premier world-class Leadership and talent solutions for both global as well as local large companies. Before Right Management, he was Managing Director of PDI Ninthhouse Greater China covering mainland China and HK.

During the past 15 years in Management Consulting and Talent Consulting, he developed his expertise on Talent Assessment and Development, Coaching, Organization Effectiveness and Business Process Improvement. He led a number of significant projects for big SOEs such as China Resources Holding, MIDEA, Air China, China Telecom and multinational companies such as Nestle, MetLife, Schneider Electronics, Philips.

Some results achieved in the past consulting experience:
·A global consumer company grows rapidly in China through acquisition. They are facing big challenges in quickly developing leaders to support the growth. Through close conversation with HRD and China CEO to deeply understand the business drivers, Jacky led team design a Accelerated Leadership Development Program (9 months long with Insight building tool, experiential learning workshops and action learning projects), which helped the company win the Best Employer award of the year.
·A retail company operation manager needs to be promoted to regional GM role. He is a top performer with strong operation and execution skills but struggling with transition to new role. Jacky helped him to build his business plan and articulate effectively and influentially to country executive team.
